We let on licences which can be as short term as a few months. We do not charge legal fees or administration fees. Our rental charges can either include all of your service costs - so you only pay one monthly fee to cover heating, water, buildings insurance, and rates, or we can supply service meters so that you can take charge of service costs yourself.

You do not have to worry about paying for repairs to the building or about maintenance. You do not have to worry about where you or your guests park.

Our new range of units includes offices and industrial space of many different sizes - from a one person room to a unit of a few thousand square feet. We offer a canteen and men's and women's WCs. 

All of our occupiers benefit from parking on site which is a unique combination of a peaceful countryside setting yet it's just a short stroll to the town centre with its convenience of many shops and services.
